SPECIAL NOTES : Bring sun block and an insect repellant along. Please take your passport with as we enter Swaziland. Ensure you have a multi entry visa into South Africa if you need a visa to enter into South Africa.
MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS : An anti-malaria drug is highly recommended.
DRESS REQUIREMENTS : Comfortable casual and smart casual for the evenings, warm windbreakers/jackets for the night game drives in open vehicle.
We visit The Kruger National Park in Mpumalanga, as well as the Hluhluwe-Umfolozi (Imfolozi) Park in KwaZulu-Natal which complement each other splendidly in terms of habitat and wildlife. Once you have been on this tour, you will return home with those memories of mystical Africa you came here for.

DAY 1 - Durban – Lake St Lucia – Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park.
We drive north towards the subtropical coast of Zululand and visit Lake St Lucia for a boat cruise(OPTIONAL) on the famous lake St Lucia (a World Heritage Site). Crocodiles, hippos and wildlife including birds such as the fish eagle are in abundance. From here we travel to the Hluhluwe-Umfolozi (Imfolozi) Park, where the rhino was saved from extinction and home of the shy nyala as well as the Big Five. Late afternoon/early evening we search for the nocturnal animals in an open game viewing vehicle(OPTIONAL) using high powered spotlights. Overnight at Hilltop Camp.

DAY 2 - Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park - Swaziland.
After an early breakfast we do a last drive in search of game through this magnificent reserve before we head northwards to Swaziland. We pass Big Bend, the country's largest sugar plantations en route to Manzini, the fast growing industrial centre of Swaziland. We drive through the Ezulwini Valley to the well-known open-air craft market. Here you can negotiate real bargains. Then we drive past the National Stadium to Swazi Candles factory, where all products are hand crafted. Our overnight stop is Foresters Arms Hotel.

DAY 3 - Swaziland – Kruger National Park.
Today we start with a short tour of the capital, Mbabane, and then visit Ngwenya Glass factory where all items are handmade from recycled glass. We travel to the border post via Piggs Peak and enter the Kruger National Park in the south. The rest of the day is devoted to game viewing. Dinner and overnight at our rest camp.

DAY 4 - Kruger National Park – Private Reserve.
Today we spend the morning in the reserve searching for game before we leave this paradise of the wild. We arrive at our private game reserve for check-in. Then we embark on an open vehicle game viewing drive(OPTIONAL) that runs into the early evening. High-powered spotlights are used to find the nocturnal animals. A sumptuous dinner(OPTIONAL) in an open-air "Boma" enclosure around a camp fire rounds the day off. Overnight at Mohlabetsi Lodge.

DAY 5 - Private Reserve – Panoramic Route.
After an early morning hike, searching for the wild on foot with an armed ranger(OPTIONAL), and breakfast we depart from this paradise. We enter the escarpment of Mpumalanga via Abel Erasmus Pass and visit Blyde River Canyon, Bourke's Luck Potholes, God’s Window and some of the numerous waterfalls in the area. Overnight at Lone Creek River Lodge in Sabie.

DAY 6 - Panoramic Route - Johannesburg.
After breakfast, we visit Lone Creek Falls, and the final leg of our trip takes us past MacMac Falls and through Pilgrim's Rest and Robber's Pass to Johannesburg where we arrive late afternoon.
