ROUTING : Johannesburg - Kruger National Park - Mpumalanga - Panorama Route - Johannesburg. SPECIAL NOTES : Bring insect repellent, sun block and binoculars along. MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS : An anti-malaria drug is highly recommended. DRESS REQUIREMENTS : Casual and cool, much warmer clothing from April to September, a hat.
Tour Itinerary
DAY 1 - Gauteng – Kruger National Park Safari. Kruger National Park Safari and Panoramic Route: We drive eastwards via Witbank and Middelburg to Nelspruit and enter the Kruger National Park in the south. Our encounter with the wild life starts here. Tonight we enter our camp for dinner and overnight at Skukuza Camp.
DAY 2 - Kruger National Park Safari. Kruger National Park Safari, Panoramic Route: We are completely devoted to game viewing as we search for the 'Big Five' amongst other animals. We arrive back at our camp around sunset for dinner and overnight. Some may want to do a night drive in an open game viewing vehicle utilising high powered spotlights to find the nocturnal animals (optional).
DAY 3 - Kruger National Park Safari – Panoramic Route - Gauteng. Kruger Park Safari and Panoramic Route: Depart on an early morning drive and breakfast, then exit the park and drive via Kowyn's Pass to the Escarpment. Visit The Pinnacle, God's Window, Lisbon Falls, Bourke's Luck Potholes and Blyde River Canyon. Then, unfortunately, we are at the end of our tour and have to return and arrive in Johannesburg late afternoon.
